Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Yaacov Agam was auctioned at Bonhams in February this year. It achieved a price of USD 956.25 (€ 901.95), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yaacov Agam achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Growth in December 2010 with an auction result of USD 698,500.00 (€ 526,414.95).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Yaacov Agam kam im Februar diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 956,25 (€ 901,95) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yaacov Agam erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Growth im Dezember 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 698.500,00 (€ 526.414,95).
