In June 2016 VAN HAM held the auction Moderne und Zeitgenössische Kunst, which included the work 1982/5 by Gerhard Fietz. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,290.00 29% above the estimate. Admittedly, works by Gerhard Fietz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bild 1950/46 in October 2010 with an auction result of EUR 7,930.00.

Im Juni 2016 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Moderne und Zeitgenössische Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit 1982/5 von Gerhard Fietz zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.290,00 und damit 29% über dem Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gerhard Fietz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bild 1950/46 im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.930,00.
