The work The Mut Hut by Grace Hartigan was auctioned at Christies in October 2021. It achieved a price of USD 106,250.00 (€ 91,975.42), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Grace Hartigan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Early November in May last year with an auction result of USD 1,380,000.00 (€ 1,285,993.85).

Die Arbeit The Mut Hut von Grace Hartigan kam im Oktober 2021 bei Christies zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 106.250,00 (€ 91.975,42) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Grace Hartigan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Early November im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.380.000,00 (€ 1.285.993,85).
