The auction ended at the price of USD 180,000.00 (€ 135,736.37), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Helen Frankenthaler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Royal Fireworks in June 2020 with an auction result of USD 7,895,300.00 (€ 7,029,917.19).
