Auction result well in line with expectations
In October last year VAN HAM held the auction The Art of Printmaking | ONLINE ONLY, which included the work Café de Flore. by Jörg Immendorff. The price achieved of EUR 2,640.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jörg Immendorff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ende Gut, Alles Gut (All'S Well That Ends Well) in February 2007 with an auction result of GBP 288,000.00 (€ 426,949.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober letzten Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion The Art of Printmaking | ONLINE ONLY durch, in der auch die Arbeit Café de Flore. von Jörg Immendorff zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.640,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jörg Immendorff erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ende Gut, Alles Gut (All'S Well That Ends Well) im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 288.000,00 (€ 426.949,66).
