Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Composition Kinetic) by Yaacov Agam was sold in the Prints & Multiples | Live OnlineAbstractions auction at Bonhams in February this year. It changed hands for a price of USD 765.00 (€ 721.56) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yaacov Agam achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Growth in December 2010 with an auction result of USD 698,500.00 (€ 526,414.95).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Composition Kinetic) von Yaacov Agam wurde im Februar diesen Jahres in der Auktion Prints & Multiples | Live OnlineAbstractions bei Bonhams versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 765,00 (€ 721,56) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 600,00 – 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yaacov Agam erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Growth im Dezember 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 698.500,00 (€ 526.414,95).
