Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 693,000.00 (€ 708,371.67) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 500,000.00 – 700,000.00. Admittedly, works by Christina Quarles have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Night Fell Upon Us Up On Us in May last year with an auction result of USD 4,527,000.00 (€ 4,218,618.95).
