Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Jorge de la Vega was auctioned at Christies in New York in October 2020. Here, the upper estimate of USD 300,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 312,500.00 (€ 268,309.44). Other works by Jorge de la Vega have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 422,500.00 (€ 332,834.41) in November 2008 for the work Billiken.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jorge de la Vega kam im Oktober 2020 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 300.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 312.500,00 (€ 268.309,44) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Jorge de la Vega haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 422.500,00 (€ 332.834,41) im November 2008 für die Arbeit Billiken beobachtet.
