Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March this year Bonhams held the auction Prints & Multiples, which included the work L'Enterrement du Comte d'Orgaz, from Séries 347 by Pablo Picasso. Here, the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 8,287.50 (€ 7,622.79). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pablo Picasso achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les femmes d'Alger (Version 'O') in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 179,365,000.00 (€ 163,148,080.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Prints & Multiples durch, in der auch die Arbeit L'Enterrement du Comte d'Orgaz, from Séries 347 von Pablo Picasso zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 8.287,50 (€ 7.622,79) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pablo Picasso erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les femmes d'Alger (Version 'O') im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 179.365.000,00 (€ 163.148.080,77).
