The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Recollections of a Visit to Leningrad in November this year with an auction result of USD 46,410,000.00 (€ 42,546,754.68).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 4.845,00 (€ 4.456,40) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 62%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Richard Diebenkorn erzielen.
