In May 2010 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Spring Modern Sale, which included the work "Cooling off 3" by Denis Piel. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 50,000.00 (€ 5,186.35), 43% above the upper estimate. With this result, "Cooling off 3" is even the most expensive work of art by Denis Piel that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Mai 2010 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Spring Modern Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Cooling off 3" von Denis Piel zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 50.000,00 (€ 5.186,35) und damit 43% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist "Cooling off 3" sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Denis Piel, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
