Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Chamonix Mont-Blanc by Francisco Tamagno was sold in the Prints & Multiples auction at Bonhams in Los Angeles in March last year. The price achieved of USD 9,562.50 (€ 8,620.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Francisco Tamagno - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Chamonix Mont-Blanc, which sold at auction in January 2015 for GBP 16,250.00 (€ 21,627.33).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Chamonix Mont-Blanc von Francisco Tamagno wurde im März letzten Jahres in der Auktion Prints & Multiples bei Bonhams in Los Angeles versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 9.562,50 (€ 8.620,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Francisco Tamagno mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Chamonix Mont-Blanc beobachtet, die im Januar 2015 für GBP 16.250,00 (€ 21.627,33) versteigert wurde.
