Auction result well in line with expectations
In November this year Christies in New York held the auction Graphic Century, which included the work La Fable De Syringe, From Daphnis Et Chloé by Marc Chagall. It changed hands for a price of USD 9,450.00 (€ 8,663.37) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marc Chagall achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Amoureux in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 28,453,000.00 (€ 23,914,103.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November diesen Jahres führte Christies in New York die Auktion Graphic Century durch, in der auch die Arbeit La Fable De Syringe, From Daphnis Et Chloé von Marc Chagall zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 9.450,00 (€ 8.663,37) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 7.000,00 – 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marc Chagall erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Amoureux im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 28.453.000,00 (€ 23.914.103,21).
