The work Walkover by Vito Acconci was auctioned at Phillips in New York in June 2021. It achieved a price of USD 52,920.00 (€ 44,665.77), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 51%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Vito Acconci; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Thirty-Five Approaches sold at auction in November 2014 with the realized price of USD 78,125.00 (€ 62,811.55).
