In the Contemporary Edition: New York: Featuring the Collection of Kenwal Steel in Support of GLAAD auction, the work Polar Co-Ordinates IV, from Polar Co-ordinates for Ronnie Peterson sold for USD 12,600.00 (€ 11,589.40) - well above the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frank Stella achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Point Of Pines in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 28,082,500.00 (€ 25,188,357.70).
