Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Au Moulin Rouge, la Goulue et sa Soeur (Adriani 6; Wittrock 1) by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec was auctioned at Christies in London in September 2007. The price achieved of GBP 38,900.00 (€ 55,779.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 35,000.00 – 45,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Blanchisseuse in November 2005 with an auction result of USD 22,416,000.00 (€ 19,012,722.65).

Die Arbeit Au Moulin Rouge, la Goulue et sa Soeur (Adriani 6; Wittrock 1) von Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec kam im September 2007 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 38.900,00 (€ 55.779,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 35.000,00 – 45.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec erzielen.
