This work without title by Jin Meyerson was sold in the Contemporary Art Part II auction at Phillips in New York in November 2008. The result of USD 5,000.00 (€ 3,938.87) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jin Meyerson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Raft in November 2008 with an auction result of USD 242,500.00 (€ 191,035.13).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jin Meyerson wurde im November 2008 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Part II bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 3.938,87) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jin Meyerson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Raft im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 242.500,00 (€ 191.035,13).
