Auction result well in line with expectations
In June this year VAN HAM held the auction Modern, Post War & Contemporary, which included the work Bateaux et baigneuse. by Raoul Dufy. The price achieved of EUR 31,680.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Raoul Dufy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Regattes À Trouville in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,505,000.00 (€ 2,075,171.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion Modern, Post War & Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bateaux et baigneuse. von Raoul Dufy zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 31.680,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Raoul Dufy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Regattes À Trouville im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.505.000,00 (€ 2.075.171,47).
