Etching on Japon nacré paper, signed in pencil, and also with the artist's blindstamp, annotated 'E.A.,' (an épreuve d'artiste, aside from the Roman edition of 100, the total edition was 270), published by Pierre Argillet, Paris, with full margins, framed.

Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Salvador Dalí achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in New York in August last year. In the Prints & Multiples Summer Splash auction, the work Le jugement de Paris, from Mythologie sold for USD 5,737.50 (€ 5,700.45) - well above the upper estimate of USD 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Salvador Dalí achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait De Paul Éluard in February 2011 with an auction result of GBP 13,481,250.00 (€ 15,879,784.58).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Salvador Dalí erzielte im August letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Prints & Multiples Summer Splash wurde die Arbeit Le jugement de Paris, from Mythologie für USD 5.737,50 (€ 5.700,45) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Salvador Dalí erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait De Paul Éluard im Februar 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.481.250,00 (€ 15.879.784,58).
