Auction result well in line with expectations
The work #2 by Urs Fischer was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in November 2021. The price achieved of USD 478,800.00 (€ 424,204.84) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 400,000.00 – 600,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Urs Fischer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Lamp/Bear) in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 6,802,500.00 (€ 4,731,844.74).
