Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Comment Section by Jenna Gribbon was auctioned at Phillips in London in January this year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,638.00 (€ 1,859.16). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jenna Gribbon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Regarding Me Regarding You and Me in November this year with an auction result of USD 478,800.00 (€ 438,943.89).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Comment Section von Jenna Gribbon kam im Januar diesen Jahres bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.638,00 (€ 1.859,16) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jenna Gribbon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Regarding Me Regarding You and Me im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 478.800,00 (€ 438.943,89).
