This artwork by Marino Marini achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in June this year. In the Prints and Multiples auction, the work Omaggio A Michelangelo sold for GBP 1,408.00 (€ 1,638.67) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marino Marini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'Idea Del Cavaliere in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 7,040,000.00 (€ 5,233,033.52).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 76 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Marino Marini erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Prints and Multiples wurde die Arbeit Omaggio A Michelangelo für GBP 1.408,00 (€ 1.638,67) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marino Marini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'Idea Del Cavaliere im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 7.040.000,00 (€ 5.233.033,52).
