This artwork by Tim Stoner achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in February 2007. In the Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale auction, the work Eternity sold for GBP 28,800.00 (€ 42,694.97) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. This high result makes Eternity the most expensive artwork by Tim Stoner that we have observed at auctions so far.
