Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Elisabeth Frink achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seated Man in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 1,082,500.00 (€ 1,352,531.96).

Die Arbeit Viszla B (W. 125) von Elisabeth Frink kam im Januar 2024 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 3.810,00 (€ 6.376,64) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 27%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Elisabeth Frink erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seated Man im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.082.500,00 (€ 1.352.531,96).
