Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled, from The New York Collection for Stockholm (A. 92) by Ellsworth Kelly was sold in the Evening & Day Editions auction at Phillips in London in June this year. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,905.00 (€ 2,217.09) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ellsworth Kelly achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Red Curve VII in November 2019 with an auction result of USD 9,809,000.00 (€ 8,901,896.72).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled, from The New York Collection for Stockholm (A. 92) von Ellsworth Kelly wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion Evening & Day Editions bei Phillips in London versteigert.
