Auction result well in line with expectations
The work There's No Place Like Home (Yellow) by Bambi was sold in the Prints and Multiples auction at Bonhams in London in October 2020. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 535.50 (€ 594.63) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bambi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dog Saves The Queen, 2020 in April 2020 with an auction result of GBP 9,000.00 (€ 10,353.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit There's No Place Like Home (Yellow) von Bambi wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion Prints and Multiples bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 535,50 (€ 594,63) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bambi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dog Saves The Queen, 2020 im April 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 9.000,00 (€ 10.353,08).
