The work Moon Beam Mistaken for the News, from Cold Light Suite (G. 38) by James Rosenquist was auctioned at Phillips in New York in October this year. It achieved a price of USD 1,080.00 (€ 1,021.95), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 54%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by James Rosenquist achieve.
