New York, printed by Atelier Michel Casse, Paris, with full margins, lacking original portfolio.

The work School Days Suite by Norman Rockwell was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in November this year. It achieved a price of USD 1,913 (€ 1,671), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 28%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Norman Rockwell achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Saying Grace in December 2013 with an auction result of USD 46,085,000 (€ 33,445,823).

Die Arbeit School Days Suite von Norman Rockwell kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 1.913 (€ 1.671) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Norman Rockwell erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Saying Grace im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 46.085.000 (€ 33.445.823).
